FAQ
We provide guidance in English and Japanese. Please note that while our guides speak English, it may not be completely fluent.
Groups larger than six may be possible with an extra charge. Please contact us in advance to discuss the details.
We do our best to accommodate your preference. However, depending on the weather and snow conditions on the day, it may not always be possible. If you book a plan with pickup service, our guides will take you to the best powder available, even if your preferred riding zone is not ideal that day.
Safety is our top priority. For backcountry tours, participants without the necessary gear cannot join the tour. We may be able to arrange rentals for some equipment, but availability is not guaranteed. Please make sure to prepare all required gear in advance.
We assess your skill level at the beginning of the tour by observing one run on the ski resort.
Our tours do not include any insurance coverage or compensation for damages resulting from accidents, weather conditions, or any other external factors. Please understand that participants join at their own risk.
For cancellations made by the guest, a 100% cancellation fee will apply starting three days before the tour date. If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions or by our guides, no cancellation fee will be charged.
The decision is usually made early in the morning on the day of the tour. In some cases, cancellation may be decided shortly before the meeting time. We appreciate your understanding.
